3. You’re On Your Way!
Once your registration and deposit are received, D Luxe Destinations will provide confirmation and next steps.
To participate in Takeya’s Chapter 40 birthday events and group experiences, your reservation must be booked through D Luxe Destinations.
Reservations made directly with the resort, through another travel agency, or through a third-party booking site will not be included in any birthday events or group experiences.
No exceptions.
Flying With Takeya
Want to travel to Cancun on the same flight as Takeya? Once her flight arrangements are confirmed, the details will be shared with the group so guests who would like to travel together can book accordingly.
Airfare is not included in your package, and each guest is responsible for purchasing their own round-trip flight.

We know that sometimes life happens and travel plans may need to change. If you need to cancel your trip, please submit your cancellation request in writing to myvacation@dluxedestinations.com.
More than 60 days before travel
Your initial deposit, travel protection plan (if purchased), taxes, fees, and any non-refundable group activity costs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Within 60 days of travel
Cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Because this is a group celebration, payments made toward special group activities and experiences are non-refundable once committed.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your travel investment should the unexpected happen.
