Once you have submitted your deposit and received confirmation, kindly email a clear copy of the passports for all occupants of the room to myvacation@dluxedestinations.com. To secure your spot if you are joining the trip at a later stage, please make the required deposit and settle any missed remaining payments.
You have the flexibility to choose from two payment options for your trip: monthly or a one-time payment. It is essential to adhere to the payment schedule to ensure timely booking of activities, hotels, and other arrangements on your behalf. To avoid incurring any banking fees, kindly ensure that your account maintains sufficient funds, as installment payments will be automatically deducted on the 1st of each month.
Our pricing structure is based on double occupancy, offering great value for couples or friends traveling together. However, if you prefer a single room, we also provide the option for an additional fee. The quoted price is based on receiving a $100 deposit per person by August 1, 2023. Please note that prices are subject to increase based on availability after the deposit due date.
Installment payments will be automatically deducted from your account on the 1st of each month.
Please note that any cancellations must be submitted in writing to D Luxe Destinations at cancellations@dluxedestinations.com. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made within 60 days to the trip start date. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the trip will result in the forfeiture of the trip protection insurance plan, deposit, taxes, and fees, which are non-refundable and non-transferable.
D Luxe Destinations cannot be held liable for any additional expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation, such as non-refundable flights or other travel arrangements. We strongly recommend considering a vacation protection plan for an added layer of security. Please note that there is an option to add a Vacation Protection Insurance Plan (additional charges apply).
